Every learner is unique and they have different learning styles as their coping mechanism for their academic success. Every student has their own story to tell, they have different backgrounds and learning capabilities. As a future teacher, it is my responsibility to acknowledge and promote an inclusive learning environment. I have gained a lot based on my observation and practice teaching that every student is unique, and it is my job to help them discover their potential to the maximum level.   It is consequential to understand that every learner has their own skills and capabilities to become successful in life. The world is changing and developing in today's modern culture. Things are becoming more interconnected and technology continually changing everything. As a 21st-century teacher in the future, it is a must to adjust and adapt to any changes that would help me to live in a diverse and multinational civilization.  Life of a 21st-century student teacher is not easy as we expect, there are a lot of sacrifices and changes that would utterly develop my teaching capabilities. However, things started to change.
